June 30, 2012 – Muncie, IN – Pridemark Construction, a Muncie Indiana based commercial construction company, recently was selected to complete a remodel of the First Merchants Bank branch on Tillotson Avenue.
The renovation includes a new 520 square foot addition of office space, a total interior renovation including a new teller line and lobby, a new exterior facade, parking lot, and landscaping upgrades. The project will begin on August 1st, 2012 and is expected to take five months to complete. Last July, Pridemark Construction also completed the remodel of the historic South Madison Street First Merchants Bank branch.
